ITS Service Desk

If you have a computer problem or need technical assistance, please call or email the ITSService Desk. A customer service representative will log your call and try to resolve your problem. If your problem is not resolved, the ticket will be forwarded to either another ITSdepartment or to Extension.

You also can search the knowledge bases or create a ticket of your own that will be handled in the same manner.
