Vehicle Mileage Reporting Help

Due by the last day of each month.

Instructions

1. Visit Extension Apps Dashboard website: https://extapps.wvu.edu/login.cfm ( Use Mozilla Firefox )
2. Browse for Finance and click the “Vehicle Mileage” link
3. Please ensure you click “update” for the mileage to be updated and recorded

Note: As some of these vehicles have changed locations, each department administrator should periodically review the list and ensure current mileage is entered on any vehicle your unit currently possesses.

You can sort by unit but, it is the vehicle owner and administrators responsibility to review the entire report on all vehicles.

Vehicle Changes

If you have possession of a vehicle and if there is a change in the “Org” or unit on the listing, please email Sean Beatty to request the information be updated.
