Just a reminder that the University is offering assistance and reimbursement to employees for any overdraft charges, late fees or penalties that were incurred due to a delay in the direct deposit of the November 24, 2017 paycheck.
Employees financially affected can fill out the CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF BANK CHARGES available at https://payroll.wvu.edu/news. Submit the completed form within 45 days of the date the claim accrues to email@example.com. Verification of the amount you are claiming must be provided and attached.
