Work & Life Balance

The holidays have past, all faculty files are complete, and I am sure that you are back in the thick of trying to maintain a work/life balance.  If you are like me and need some help with that, the Healthy Extension Team has the perfect solution for you. 

Sign up for the new Work/Life Balance Challenge!!!!

The Work/Life Balance Challenge that will be starting on February 6th is a 6-week wellness program that includes simple weekly challenges related to developing and maintaining a healthy work/life balance.  Each week you will set a personal goal related to that week's challenge.  If you meet your weekly goal you will be allotted points and will be eligible to receive a prize based on the theme of that challenge (we promise that the prizes will be well worth your efforts). Examples of the weekly challenge themes are: 1) Getting better sleep, and 2) Scheduling a "date night" with family or friends.

In order to make this possible, we are asking each participant to make $5 donation to the foundation. Make a $5 cash or check donation by January 24th, 2017 to:
