Assistance available for employees financially affected by delayed paychecks
Just a reminder that the University is offering assistance and reimbursement to employees for any overdraft charges, late fees or penalties that were incurred due to a delay in the direct deposit of the November 24, 2017 paycheck.
Employees financially affected can fill out the CLAIM FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF BANK CHARGES available at https://payroll.wvu.edu/news. Submit the completed form within 45 days of the date the claim accrues to email@example.com. Verification of the amount you are claiming must be provided and attached. Records to support your claim must include bank statements or other correspondence. Questions can be directed to Linda Strawser at 304-293-4336.
