County Backup Device

Distributed in September 2017, the county WD My Cloud backup device provides users with a way to keep all of their files and folders backed up in a continuous manner. View the letter accompanying the backup device.

This device replaces the current WD backup device that is old and unreliable.

Note: While we have made every attempt to test the installation instructions on many computers, it's possible you might see a screen or prompt we didn't anticipate. Please let us know if the instructions do not match what you experience as you install and setup your backup device.

Please follow the instructions exactly. In the event you don't follow instructions, you may need to uninstall the My Cloud software and reset the device.
