When your equipment needs repaired or you need help with software, report your problem to the Information Technology Services’ (ITS) Help Desk by either:

If the problem cannot be resolved at the ITS Help Desk, it will be forwarded to Extension’s Office of Technology.

To help keep computers updated, our unit sends each office a DVD or jump drive with software annually. Some of the software on the DVD can be used on your home computer, while other software is licensed just for your office computer.
